Spanish bombshell Penelope Cruz is the face of Mango. She’s a beautiful, confident woman who never tries to be overtly sexy, and that persona fits well with the style of Mango. It reminds me of a calmed-down Bebe or Express; some of the clothes are simple, flattering tops — a solid color with an interesting cut, for example — and in other sections of the store you’ll find the full frontal sequins and glam.

In Barcelona, the Mango spot in the Gothic Quarter is one of my favorite stores. They do it up well with a glossy interior, fun music and great, color-coded organization. Stop in to emulate Spaniard style or pick up something flattering for the night.
