This Irish-owned expat bar is a surefire choice if all you want is to hear English conversations and speak to someone from San Diego while listening to DJs spin something not from the ’80s. It also has a great selection of foreign beers (I know you’ve been aching to see Stella, Blue Moon or Heineken on tap somewhere), so go crazy. While Argentines may judge you for getting a little too drunk, this whole crowd will be drunker than you (the happy hour runs until midnight!), and the nearest Argentine is on the street corner outside.
