Chinese food, sushi and a respectable bar scene

The first time I ate at Koi, I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the prices are. The upscale, lounge-like ambiance made me think I would have to pay around $20 for an entree, which wasn’t so. Prices hover around $12 for most entrees, and the menu includes an array of Asian noodle, rice, vegetable and meat dishes, as well as sushi. It’s an elegant dining experience, especially for Evanston.
